🔁 Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be issued via bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash (depending on your payment method)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Items without original packaging
- Sale/discounted items (if applicable)
🚚 Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures/video proof for quick resolution.
